Hope Initiatives is a charity that seeks to promote social inclusion amongst people between the ages of 14 and 30 years living in Shropshire. Participants are provided with the opportunity to develop vocational and personal skills through formal and informal training. Training is delivered through teams of experienced professionals and volunteers through a menu of daytime and evening courses.
Hope Initiatives' Core Values are;

Currently Hope initiatives runs these programmes;
Grease Monkeys is a 12 week mechanics course where participants work on a
range of cars including a track day car. As well as learning mechanics
skills the course also teaches life skills through informal mentoring. They have both daytime and evening sessions, and aim to improve the employability of those they work with.
Geared Learning provides recognised accredited qualifications through
vocational training. They currently offer NVQ Level 1 in Motor vehicle studies in partnership with walford college.
